JP Mutter has created several knives in the South of France. He is notably at the origin of the designs of knives such as the Toulousain bearing the Occitane cross, and knives from Saint Tropez, the Mediterranean or even Voiles de Saint Tropez which, when closed, have a well-marked boat shape.
